STILLNESS IN ACTION RETREATS
Stillness in Action Retreats are designed around three key experiences:

Restoring your spiritual awareness
You will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of group and individual activities that invite those experiences, including guided walks, Tai-Chi, and nature-inspired coaching.
By providing a mix of both quiet reflection time and exciting mountain activities, our intent is that you return home feeling rested and peaceful – but also full of new insights, ideas and inspiration.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Each Stillness in Action Retreat is inspired by the natural cycle of the seasons and tailored to the specific needs of its participants.
Group and individual activities, include:

Daily meditation

Chi Kung and Tai Chi practices

Guided mountain hikes

Nature activities (such as rafting, climbing or wild swimming)

Group workshops
Free time is built into each Retreat program to allow ample opportunity for personal reflection, journaling or forest walks.
You will also have the option to book additional individual sessions, including massage, Reiki or 1:1 coaching sessions.
To ensure an optimal experience, we purposely limit the number of participants to 6-12 people per Retreat.
